Administering your O365 installation, we shall:

  • Troubleshoot technical issues such as email delivery failures or authentication problems.
  • Management of few features.
  • User training as it pertains to O365 services.
  • End user support as it pertains to O365 services and access.
  • Offer support for O365 on Android devices.
  • Troubleshoot exchange issues.
  • Escalate and liaise with vendor if necessary.
  • If necessary, provide recommendations which may improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Grant access to our online helpdesk for reporting issues or queries or engaging with a technician.

The Process

  1. Upon enrolling into this service, a ticket will now be created via our online help desk and an engineer assigned.  You will be notified of this via your email address used for this purchase.
  2. A meeting link will be provided via teams or zoom aimed towards confirming your details and credentials i.e. confirming users on admin center is not greater than that requested during this purchase.
  3. Access to our helpdesk will then be provided whereby you and your users may report any issues or queries.  It will provide transparency into the status of your request, the work being done and who is working on your case.
  4. Resolved issues will be closed upon user confirmation.
